1 Information We Collect

1.1 Google account information

Optional sign-in: If you choose to sign in with Google, Brick Hero receives basic authentication information from Google, such as your Firebase user ID, Google profile name, and email address.
Guest play: You can play without Google Sign-In. Guest play does not require an account.

1.2 Game data

Game progress: High score and total runs are saved locally on your device.
Cloud save: If you choose Google Sign-In, your high score and total runs are also saved in Firebase Firestore and linked to your Firebase user ID.
Settings: Sound and music preferences are saved locally on your device.

1.3 Data we do not collect in the current release

Brick Hero does not collect precise location, health information, financial information, contacts, photos, files, advertising ID, or payment information. Brick Hero does not include ads, ad networks, analytics tracking, or crash reporting services in the current release.

2 How We Use Your Information

To authenticate you if you choose Google Sign-In.
To let you continue playing with locally saved progress and settings.
To save and restore your high score and total runs across devices if you use Google Sign-In.
To operate, maintain, and protect the Game.
To respond to support, privacy, or account deletion requests.

We never sell your personal data or game data to third parties.

3 Third-Party Services

3.1 Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication & Cloud Firestore

Brick Hero uses Google Sign-In and Firebase Authentication for optional account sign-in. If you sign in, Brick Hero uses Firebase Cloud Firestore to save your high score and total runs under your Firebase user ID. 3.2 Firebase SDKs

The Android build includes Firebase SDK components for authentication and cloud save. Firestore access is restricted by security rules so signed-in users can read and write only their own user document.

      No ads: Brick Hero does not show ads and does not use your advertising ID in the current release.
    

4 Data Retention & Deletion

Local device data: Local game progress and settings remain on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the app.
Google/Firebase account data: If you sign in with Google, authentication records are kept while your account remains active and are deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request.
Cloud progress: If you sign in with Google, cloud-saved high score and total runs are kept while your account remains active and are deleted within 30 days after a verified deletion request.

To request deletion of your account data, email us at datnt13022@gmail.com with "Delete My Account" in the subject line.

5 Children's Privacy

Brick Hero is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided us with personal data, we will take steps to delete that data promptly.

6 Data Security

Local game data is stored on your device using the app's local storage. Google/Firebase authentication data is handled by Google/Firebase security infrastructure. No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we use commercially reasonable measures to protect your data.

7 Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Correct inaccurate personal data.
Request deletion of your personal data.
Object to or restrict certain processing.
Data portability.

8 International Data Transfers

If you use Google Sign-In or cloud save, authentication and cloud-save data may be transferred to and processed in countries where Google, Firebase, or their service providers operate. Guest progress and settings remain on your device.

9 Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the "Last updated" date above or by posting a notice within the app. Continued use of Brick Hero after any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Brick Hero ("the Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not install or use the Game.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the developer of Brick Hero ("we," "us," or "our").

2 The Game

Brick Hero is a brick-breaker mobile game. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Game on your personal device for non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

3 Account & Cloud Save

You may sign in to Brick Hero using your Google account ("Sign-In"), or you may play as a guest.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.
Your game progress is stored locally on your device. If you sign in with Google, high score and total runs are also synced to Firebase Cloud Firestore and linked to your Firebase user ID.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of cloud save and are not liable for data loss.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that use the Game in violation of these Terms.

4 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Use the Game for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law.
Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or hack any part of the Game.
Interfere with or disrupt the Game servers or networks connected to the Game.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any other user's account.
Use automated tools, bots, cheats, or exploits to manipulate gameplay or scores.
Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit any part of the Game.
Create derivative works based on the Game without our written permission.

5 Intellectual Property

All content in Brick Hero, including but not limited to graphics, music, sound effects, animations, characters, text, and software, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You do not acquire any ownership rights by playing the Game.

"Brick Hero" and its associated logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without prior written consent.

6 Virtual Items & Purchases

If Brick Hero offers virtual items, virtual currency, or premium content ("Virtual Items"), these are provided for personal, non-commercial enjoyment within the Game only.
Virtual Items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for cash or any real goods.
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or replace Virtual Items at any time.

7 Disclaimer of Warranties

THE GAME IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. You use the Game at your risk.

8 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE GAME.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) FOR THE GAME IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless us and our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your use of the Game.

10 Modifications to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date above or by notice within the Game. Your continued use of the Game after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer of Brick Hero is located, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails within 30 days, either party may pursue other legal remedies available under applicable law.

12 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

13 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the Game and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, or representations.
